Terms
of the Indie Angels Models Program: This program is designed
to develop stock photography images of male and female models
for use in print advertising, online model galleries, web pages
and web graphics for Indie Magazine / Indie Communications.
By submitting this release form, I verify that I am at least
18 years of age. I also understand the terms of the program
and I agree to have my images used in print ads, web graphics,
promotional work and online model galleries. I understand that
this program may expose my image to a global audience via the
web and print. I understand that this program is not for pay
and is purely voluntary. My portfolio of work (photos) will
become the property of Indie Communications, the parent company
of Indie The Magazine. Indie Communications and Indie Magazine
will not share photos or resell photos to a third party. I will
hold harmless Indie Communications and the officers, employees
and partners of these companies from any and all liability resulting
from my participation in this program.
