do you classify your music?
Our
genre is Vallenato.

you have any new projects, demos, videos or anything else that
is coming out in 2005?
We
have a new cd named “Ñacas”, its dope!
If
so can you please tell us a little more about it?
Total
analog production until the final mastering and reproduction,
very provocative stuff (recorded in the San Fernando Valley you
know where all the dirty movies are made)

What
are some of the things that you take to the studio with you the
day of recording?
Massage
therapists, caviar, shrinks, bubble baths, etc.
Do
you feel that all of your hard work is paying off?
Yes
we are on the doorway of fame but they haven’t opened the
door yet because they are sleeping. Ha Ha Ha.
How
long have you been in the music industry?
VBC
is 7 years old
Are
there any artists that you would like to work with in the future?
We
are not interested in adding more instruments, we like simple
traditional vallenato, but we would love to meet living legends
like alfredo gutierrez and nafer duran.
What
do you feel has been your biggest success?
Playing
about a 1000 times (no exaggeration) and making about 250,000
people dance (no exaggeration) without any huge concerts.
Do
you feel that your music is different from when you started in
the music industry?
We
have played in rock, hip hop, techno, and metal style groups before
VBC but we now play Vallenato which is very different but the
rebel energy is very similar to these North American genres.
Have
you gone on a tour yet?
Sure,
we have toured across the usa to florida and new york and we have
been to mexico and japan. Soon we will go to europe and southamerica.

is your favorite city to play in?
For
me (Arturo) it is NYC. Love it forever.

estamos en la portada de la fama pero no nos abren la puerta porque
estan dormidos los malditos

tiempo llevas en la industria musical?
VBC

Hay
algunos de los artistas que te gustaria trabajar en el futuro?
No
nos interesa extender el grupo para acomodar mas instrumentos,
nos gusta el vallenato bien sencillo y tradicional.
Pero claro que nos encantaria conocer a los legendarios que estan
vivos como alfredo gutierrez y nafer duran.
Que
sientes tu que es tu mayor exito?
El
de tocar como mil veces (no exagero) y hacer unas 250,000 personas
bailar (no exagero) sin conciertos imensos.
Siente
que tu musica ha sido diferente desde que empestaste en la industria
de la musica?
Pues
todos hemos tocado en otros grupos antes de VBC en estilos de
rock, hip hop, techno, metal. Y ahora tocamos vallenato- se me
hace bien diferente pero la energia rebelde es igual que estos
generos norteamericanos.
Ustedes
no han estado en una gira?
Claro
que si. Hemos tomado giras por tierra cruzando los eeuu hasta
la florida y nueva york. Tambien hemos ido a mexico y japon. Pronto
iremos a europa y sudamerica. Todo independientemente
Cual
es tu cuidad favorita para tocar?
Para
mi (arturo) es nueva york, nunca se me acaba el amor por esa ciudad.
