Hello Guero, thank you for having me here today. God Bless You.

Where are you from, where do you represent?

I'm from Paterson, New Jersey. (P-Town) and I'm Puerto Rican rep. San Lorenzo but all places really.

What made you start rapping?

Well, Music is in my blood Guero. I grew up around music. It revolves around me on a daily basis in my environment. Both here now and back then when I was a kid. My father was a Salsero, a hard knock, back in the day legend. Well known in Jersey, and my brother to this day is a hip hop (English) Rap Artist. I had a history growing up really. I mean I wasn't always the Christian man you see here today. Growing up in a rough hood leads to tough things Guero, that’s one thing I've seen, yet experienced and learned in life, but I thank God for his love, grace, power, and mercy. For working the way that he works and taking me out of all of that struggle and putting me where I'm at today!!!...Amen... (Hazleton, PA.). I moved to this country town when I was 13 years of age after leaving Paterson, getting kicked out of school and all. Looking for a fresh start and so I did. I began a new walk and about a year and a half later at the age of 14 I got saved and accepted Christ as my lord and savior. So thank God for that. You see Guero, I believe God had a purpose with my life with bringing me here. Because of that, this is why I'm what you see today. Any ways not to get off the subject a lil bit I began as a worldly rapper. Simply as Jose or El_Bori at like the age of I'll say 12. Although I have been rapping my whole life since a kid, just this is when I began to take form in the art. I did this by practicing my talent at local talent shows as a young buck and simply spitting bars on the block and messing around with my boys.

What made you start rapping Christian?

An intimate relationship with God was by far one of the things that made me rap Christian, (that’s after I made Christ the leader of my life by accepting him into my heart and asking him to change me of course.). I began to feel a need, a calling to spread the good news with others being a disciple of Christ I did, I asked God if it was the right time for me and God answered through some way that just said "My son I could use you in such a mighty way.", and he did God has been using me ever since and has been opening doors in my life like never before. Praise him its just amazing!!! He has taking me from a simple seed and has made me grow strong in spirit and has made me a minister, a minister of his word is what I am today which gets into my upcoming album "UN MINISTRO VERDADERO". Title that just came to me, God brought it to me in a weird way but praise him either way. Glory be to him. I'm glad he chose me for his mission to spread the word with my brothers and sisters in Christ which is probably in the same sense why I am here talking to www.INDIESTREETLATINO.com MAGAZINE today man praise Him for that. I believe it's not a coincidence what I am speaking here today, and I just want to say God has our lives planned out since before we can even imagine so basically God already knew I'd be doing this for Him in His honor and His glory.
So to answer your answer in a broken down flat out English answer, He made me start rapping CHRISTian!!!...AMEN...!

Who are some of your influences?

Man back when I was younger I'd be able to give you a million like Daddy, Tego, and the whole gang. But out of a positive influential role-models to me would be other Christian artists like Manny Montes, Triple Seven, Funky, Bengie,etc. The whole family out for the same reason as me. To do Gods will while we in this temporary home. Also born again Christian artists like Rey Pirin, DJ Blass, and more. Also those on their way to Gods feet. Who knows who’s next. (Espero todo el Genero). I myself would consider myself as my own influence also. I mean ain't nobody do me better than me see also the one that keeps me going Jesus my main influence. It's him I’m doing all this for anyways. He's the true artist I'm just a puppet in his hands and he's using me to do great things...Amen!... I ain't all about the whole idol thing you see idols have a thing behind everyone of them, and I don't expect to be anyone’s idol out there but I will tell you one thing Jesus Christ is my "Idol". He should be yours too. I mean look what better example could we get than his him being the perfect being.

Do you flow in English or just Spanish?

Guero, I do all types of things well at least once I did. I mainly committed myself to Spanish reggaeton and rap right now because well what can I say God put me here also I feel the need to. I ain't racist against languages now (jejejeje) but I just want to stick to this genero of the game. Although if God being my Father argues me through and tells me otherwise that’s what I gotta do than boom then it's no questions asked. By the flow of the holy spirit, (la union del Espiritu Santo)
I could flow either way as long as it’s for God.

Do you also produce?

Don't be surprised if I do. God has helped me in special ways to do this. Yes I'm my own Producer and Artist for right now thank God this was possible. And by him using people like you Guero he helped me out a whole lot too. I'll be real with you Guero I'm young but talented. Who would disagree otherwise? God made me.

What kind of music do you make?

You see Guero I like all types of music, and as I just said earlier I used to rap in English so mainly all types and anything as long as it’s good and Hottt! With 3 T's. I’m a big fan of learning new things and I like to try different stuff you know to grab the people's attention with their different likes and dislikes of music. Mainly I just stick to me and my reggaeton though.

Have you always been Christian, If not when did you turn your life over to God?

Sadly Guero, I was not all my life and the reason why I say sadly is because I think that maybe if I would have been a Christian my whole life I would not have done so much wrong back in the day. Then again though I feel like I am for the simple fact that God forgave me for my past all my wrongs. He has made me a new creation and so I am a child of God. This event in my life took place on and around June 18 which is a big day for me, my spiritual birthday. Which is also a reason why I would like to drop the album out this summer on that very day, Si Dios Quiere y lo permite. If not then it's cool, God will permit it to happen when he wants and knows it'll be a success. I say that proudly Yo soy CHRISTIANO!!!

What do you think about reggaeton right now especially with Sex being the main theme these days?

I'd say the world and me are two totally different things. Satan has really had a way through music as well as he has had with everything else he packs things in a shiny box and before you know it you reach for it it pops out to kill you. Like that, y sin tirarle a nadie de rapperos nomas a satan, I say this in a common sense, true way to put it. I mean look at our world today our youth is doing exactly what songs say so we as rappers not the simple fact I'm a Christian rapper but rappers period should set a different example to our youth an example of life and truth. Common Bien. Paz y esperanza pa un mejor futuro.

What kind of message are you trying to send through your music?

I'm trying to send a message of hope, a message of faith, a message that doesn't determine whether your white, black, or Chinese, whatever you are Jesus still loves you no matter what size small or large no matter what race what culture, or not even caring about your past Jesus still loves you. Hear God speak through me to those who need to be spoken to. Jesus is the answer Christ is the cure and in reggaeton I express it, I show it and I feel it. Simply what God wants for you or what God wants to be sent through my music is what you'll soon get.

Who else is in your team?

I’m independent right now Guero but basically everyone who let this production be including yourself for all this help you've been giving me. I would like to say G.O.D's team because we are all united by the same blood of Christ and all my brothers and sisters out there who is out for the same mission I’m out for, to save lives. I just want to let ya'll know, you all on my team.

What are you hoping to achieve through making music?

I am hoping to achieve basically anything God wants me to achieve. To do his will and leave him satisfied is what I want. I want to complete and achieve a lot of things in my life but first it has to be approved by God the Father. Speaking in these terms an example of one thing I would like to achieve is to release this production soon, my 1st CD.

Yea, I would like to give a shout out to all my lovely people's out there that are out and backing me up with all I do, my Moms, and Pops, Pagie. My Fam. all over and all of them in P.R. A major shout out down in Paterson, where I’m from Jersey. The beautiful island of Puerto Rico. D.R., U.S, toda Latino America (all Latin America).
