Where did your name originate and what does it mean to you?
Well it means a lot to me because growing up without my father (R.I.P CM) I pretty much was out on my own as far as learning to be a man. I’m always in the streets just seeing and learning how shit was. My mom always told me that I "practically live in the streets" and there forth comes Boulevard. A Boulevard is a broad avenue of a city and I’m a well known nikka.

Do you write all of your own music?
I write all of my music...writing was always a hobby for me so, rap was an easy way for me to express myself, maybe the best way I knew how.

Out of all of your songs, which one is your favorite? Why?
I really don’t have a favorite cause all my songs have significance to me. My songs are pretty much how I’m feeling at the moment what I’m going through and so forth.


Influences
Well in life, my older brother cause he always kept me on my job. I think that’s why I’m so grizzlie and why i stay grinding. In music I have a couple…. Biggie, Pun, Pac, Hov', Kiss, Nas and Cam. Those are nikkas I feel that were and are nasty just what rap is supposed to be. They kept it funky all day. Nikkas could relate to their shit hard.

Do you perform anywhere on a regular basis?
Well not on a regular basis. I don’t want people to get tired of me (nah j/k) but I’ve performed in various places but I perform wherever I can be heard especially when people show me love. I have to bless them and do what I do.


Are there any artists who you would love to work with in the future?
There are artists in mind like nikkas in the Dipset Family, definitely D-Block and a couple of others also.

How often do you record?
Anytime I get a chance...I bang out shit all day I’m constantly working on perfection.

What radio stations are currently playing your songs?
Well since I’m fresh in here they playing my songs on underground stations, schools and universities I’m also getting love up in Canada.


Is there any new albums, demos, videos or anything else scheduled to be released in 2005?
My mix tape "The Answer" will be out sometime late July and another mix tape about 3 weeks after that. I’m trying to hit the streets hard. Next month we will be shooting a video and looking towards the album for the fall.

How do you promote your music and your website?
My music is basically a reflection of my life, what I have gone through, what goes on in my hood. I just keep it 100% all day and my website is www.boulevardbx.com you could check it out and see what’s popping yourself.


How do you feel everyone has treated you since you started in the music business?
A lot hate me, and even more envy but I also get a lot of love. It surprises a lot of people... I never told anyone besides my friends that I rapped so when people found out it was like "oh word" ... nikkas mostly knew me for being in the streets getting this money and being in my hood. My hood is known for getting paper and wild ass nikkas holding thier own.

Cuando fue originado tu nombre y cual es el significado?
Mi nombre tiene mucho sentido porque yo me creeis sin mi papa(D.E.P CM). Yo tuve que aprender ser un hombre yo mismo. Yo siempre estoy afuera viendo y aprendiendo como eran las cosas. Mi mama siempre me decia "tu practicamente vive en la calle" y de ahi viene el nombre Boulevard. Un Boulevard es una calle vien conosida en una ciudad y yo soy bien conosido.

Compones toda tu musica?
Yo escribe toda mi canciones...siempre me gustaba escribir era un pasa tiempo para mi y rap fue una manera facil de expresarme a lo mejor la mejor maner que yo supe.

Influencias:

En la vida..mi hermano mayor....el siempre me empujo a ser todo que tenia que hacer.por eso yo creo que yo soy asi siempre buscandomela. En musica yo diria Biggie, Big Pun, 2pac, Jay-Z, Nas y Cam'ron eso son tipos que eran y son matatanes son los duros.su musica eran lo que la gente pasaban todos los dias por eso yo me puedo relacionar mucho.

Tienen algunos lugares que normalmente tocan?
No en bases regulares....no quiero que la gente se cansen de mi (relajando) pero yo me a presentado en varios lugares y me presento a donde me oigan especialmente si le gustan yo tengo que complacer a mis fanaticos.

Hay algunos de los artistas que te gustaria trabajar en el futuro?
Me gustaria trabajar con La Familia Dipset y Tambien D-Block.. par de gente mas.

Cada cuando graban?
Cada tiempo que tenga un chance...Yo siempre estoy en lyricas y trabajando en mejorarme hasta el punto de ser perfecto.

Cual estasiones de radio estan presentemente tocando tu musica?
Porque soy nuevo al genero estan tocando mi musica en estaciones que no son commerciales, escuelas y universidades tambien en canada.

Algunos projectos nuevos, demos, videos o cualguier otra cosa para el año 2005?
My "mix tape (The Answer)" va a salir a la calle al final de Julio persiguido por otro "mix tape" en 3 semanas atras de el primero. Tirarme a la calle bien duro.

Como te han tratado la gente desde que comensastes en tu carera musical?
Muchos me odian..muchos me envidian mucho ma ahora...pero al mismo tiempo me apollan muchos.muchas gente son sorprendido porque me concian mas por estar en la calle buscandomela y estando en mi bloque.mi bloque es bien conocido porque hay mucho dinero que se gana y los tipos son uno tostao' meten mano cuando sea y nos respectan.
