Jenn Goff,
Actor/Director The Distracted Globe Theatre Co.
1. What's the best show you've ever seen? It was the first show I saw in Greenville, GOBLIN MARKET... Mimi & Monica were amazing!
2. Who is your theater hero? Gilda Radner, Tina Fey, Gary Oldman, Mary Louise Parker, character actors all the way, baby!
3. Favorite Beatle I know its trite, but I've always been a Paul girl. 4. Who was your most memorable teacher? Mr. Strickland, 2nd Grade and Dr. Asarnow, college Eng. prof. One word: ENERGY!
5. "re" or "er"? I'm going to have to defer to grammar on this one. "er" for the building and "re" for the art form. But I do think "re" is prettier, for no logical reason.
6. If you could see a play at any theater in the world...I've been to the Globe, but didn't have time to stay for a show. How sad is that?7. Favorite place to eat Thaicoon. Spicy spicy curry!
8. What other job in the theater would you like to attempt? I guess I'd like to do a REAL lighting design sometime. That skill just blows my mind.
9. If a book was written about your life, what would be the title? "Win Friends & Influence People Through Sarcasm & Grammar...No Really"
10. Describe what you contribute to the theater (in one sentence.) I find it impossible to pronounce the word "no."
Thanks Jenn, and congrats on a great run of RAINBOW ANNIE!!!
