Our 2nd issue is all about Auditions.
Almost every member theater has announced
their 2007-08 seasons, and the calendar
is filling up fast with some really strong
productions. The Warehouse Theatre
has a general audition, while other local
theaters have individual production auditions
for the 2007-08 season. No matter
the method, the majority of the casting
for 07-08 is being decided this summer,
so actors mark your calendars. This issue
also features the first of our "10 Questions"
section, with local Dramaturg Elisa Golden
taking the first crack. Again, your
comments & ideas are welcome.

Education
Division coming soon...
|
Upstate
Onstage is going to be expanding soon to
include an Education Division. It
will be open to all public and private High
Schools, Colleges, and Universities that
want to be profiled on the site. Membership
will be the same as it currently is for
theatre companies: $25/Year.
I am hoping to devote the better part of
the summer to putting this together, so
please email
me if your school is interested!
The launch of the Education Division will
most likely take place at the one-year anniversary
party for the site, sometime in August.
Stay tuned for details.
